Regarding our talent cultivation goals, in accordance with our university's positioning, we hope to: 【Cultivate Service Industry Talent with Interdisciplinary Expertise in "Humanities, Technology, and Innovation"】 Interdisciplinary integration will be the most needed capability for future service industry talent and is a key strategic focus of our university's future talent cultivation efforts. This includes the interdisciplinary integration of intelligence and fashion, and of course, strengthening general workplace knowledge. Our university upholds the concept that a university is a public good, fulfilling its social responsibility, enhancing its contribution to the local area and society, and strengthening learning support for disadvantaged students. Based on its positioning and talent cultivation goals, and in line with the concept of in-depth development of higher education, the school's medium- and long-term development goals for 2018-2022 are as follows: 1. "Improving Teaching Quality and Enhancing Student Employability": By transforming teaching content and methods, the school aims to enhance students' learning motivation and cultivate their initiative in self-directed learning. It will provide interdisciplinary learning and problem-oriented curriculum modules to equip students with the immediate employability and adaptability needed to face the fiercely competitive digital world of the future. 2. "Building School Characteristics and Cultivating Cross-Disciplinary Innovative Service Talents Integrating Wisdom and Fashion": By mastering fashion creation and technological applications, the school aims to cultivate students' interdisciplinary abilities, thereby generating wisdom and innovation. Through diverse experiences and in-depth development in the New Southbound Policy, the school aims to equip students with multilingual communication skills and an international and multicultural perspective. 3. "Cultivating Friendly Care and Enhancing Modern Citizenship": On the one hand, through comprehensive guidance and assistance to disadvantaged students, the school aims to improve their learning outcomes to achieve the goals of "supporting disadvantaged students to study with peace of mind, cultivating professional skills, and facilitating successful employment after graduation," ensuring that every penny of subsidies effectively becomes a force for upward mobility for disadvantaged students. On the other hand, by combining theory and practice, we strengthen general education in various aspects of modern civic literacy, thereby enhancing students' modern civic literacy. IV.
